I got to meet my favorite Canadian comic book writer/novelist, BLAKE NORTHCOTT, today! I’ve been a fan of hers since I first read one of her books back in 2012. She rarely makes it to L.A., so when she announced she was having a book signing at Golden Apple Comics on Melrose, I just had to take the day off of work to see her. I’m happy to say that she’s just as nice (and even prettier) in person as she is online.
