As I was just saying, cops are getting away with murder lately. This tragedy was really sickening. Kelly Thomas was brutally beaten to death by a bunch of policemen, while he was screaming and pleading for his life, and it was caught on video! This should have been straight-up first-degree MURDER. Instead, one office, Manual Ramos was charged with second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter, while a 2nd office, Jay Cicinelli was charged with involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force.

And here’s Joseph Wolf, a third police officer involved, who was initially charged with manslaughter.

But even with those lesser-charges, a brainless jury acquitted Cicinelli and Ramos of all charges, and consequently, the D.A. decided not to go forward with Wolf’s trial. So, that’s it, these MURDERERS get to walk the streets as free men.

And now Cicinelli is actually trying to get his job back!

And that doesn’t even count the other three officers involved whom were never charged. I wish I could find their names and pictures too, so I could post them. They deserved to be exposed. This is an absolute travesty of “justice.” And the saddest part is, much like the Rodney King case, you know this never would have even went to trial if it weren’t for the video tape, because initially the cops lied for each other, claiming it was all Kelly’s fault for being “combative” and even tried to say that some of the police suffered broken bones, which turned out to be a bald-faced lie. But with a a video their report would have been taken as fact, and that would have been it.

And, like I said, far too many people just give the police way too much benefit of the doubt, and will excuse any evil behavior they do as “just doing their jobs.” This nation disgusts me, sometimes. I’m not usually one for promoting vigilante justice, but if someone decided to do something bad to those men, well, let’s just say I wouldn’t be shedding any tears for them.
