Do you ever get that lethargic feeling in the afternoon, and you need a little pick-me-up, but don’t really drink coffee? Well then this is the product for you!
I’ve been using this for months, and it works. You take one of these little bottles, just chug it down in one gulp, and within a few minutes you can feel it working, as you become refreshed, and ready to continue your day.
Some days I take one right as I wake up, to help me get started for the day. Then, if I need another one, I’ll take it either right before or right after I eat lunch, 12:30pm-1pm. I always make sure it’s been AT least 5 hours since I drank the last one, as it does contain caffeine, and you don’t want too much of that in you. Similarly, try to avoid taking it too late in the day, I think 2:30pm is the latest I’ve ever taken it, in order to make sure it’s had time to completely wear off by night, so it doesn’t disrupt your sleep cycle.
It comes in different versions, Original, Extra-Strength, and Decaf. I’ve used Extra-Strength occasionally, but Original is good enough for me, and usually cheaper. I’ve never tried Decaf, I’m not really sure what’s the point of that. Original comes in several flavors, Pomegranate, Grape, Berry, Orange, Pink Lemonade, and Lemon-Lime. My favorites are Berry & Grape. It can be a bit tangy so, as I said, it’s best to chug it down really quick, and then I usually have a mint or gum, or brush my teeth, right afterward, to get the taste out of my mouth.
I’ve tried Red Bull, and Monster Energy Drink, but neither is as effective for me, or as convenient, as 5-Hour Energy. It’s good stuff!
I’m J.R. LeMar, and I approve this message.
i’ll stick with Starbucks for now.
